Auxiliary participation means that a third party assists one in a lawsuit between the plaintiff and the defendant.
À̸¦ À§ÇÏ¿© ¼Ò¼ÛÀýÂ÷¸¦ ÇöÀúÇÏ°Ô Áö¿¬½ÃÅ°Áö ¾Ê´Â ¹üÀ§¿¡¼ Âü°¡ÇÏ´Â °ÍÀ» ¸»ÇÑ´Ù.
To this end, participation is permitted within that the proceedings are not delayed significantly.
¹Î»ç¼Ò¼Û¹ý Á¦71Á¶´Â º¸Á¶Âü°¡¿¡ °üÇÑ ±ÔÁ¤ÀÌ´Ù.
Article 71 of civil procedure act sipulates supplementary intervention.
ÀÌ Á¶Ç×Àº “¼Ò¼Û°á°ú¿¡ ÀÌÇØ°ü°è°¡ ÀÖ´Â Á¦3ÀÚ´Â ÇÑ ÂÊ ´ç»çÀÚ¸¦ µ½±â À§ÇÏ¿© ¹ý¿ø¿¡ °è¼Ó ÁßÀÎ ¼Ò¼Û¿¡ Âü°¡ÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ´Ù.”°í ±ÔÁ¤ÇÏ°í ÀÖ´Ù.
This article stipulates “Any third party interested in the result of a lawsuit may intervene in the lawsuit pending before the court in order to assist either party.”
´Ù¸¸, “¼Ò¼ÛÀýÂ÷¸¦ ÇöÀúÇÏ°Ô Áö¿¬½ÃÅ°´Â °æ¿ì¿¡´Â ±×·¯ÇÏÁö ¾Æ´ÏÇÏ´Ù.”°í ´Ü¼¸¦ ´Þ°í ÀÖ´Ù.
But it has a proviso as “That the same shall not apply where it may retard the litigation procedures significantly.”
