압류명령은 금전채권 金錢債權의 만족을 위한 조치이다. The seizure order is a measure for the satisfaction of the money credit.

압류명령은 채무자 債務者의 재산 중 금전채권에 대한 것이다. The seizure order is for money credit among the debtor's property.

즉 채무자가 제3채무자 第3債務者에 대하여 금전의 급여를 구할 수 있는 각종 청구권에 대한 강제집행의 한 단계이다.

민사집행법 제225조는 압류명령의 신청 申請 규정이다. Article 225 of CIVIL EXECUTION ACT provides Request for Order of Seizure.

이 규정은 “채권자는 압류명령신청에 압류할 채권의 종류 種類와 액수를 밝혀야 한다.”고 정하고 있다.

This stipulates “In the relevant request for an order of seizure, a creditor shall clarify the kind and amount of the claims to be seized.”

판결 결과에 따라 제3채무자가 채무자에게 지급하여야 하는 금액을 피압류채권 被押留債權으로 표시하였다.

이 경우 해당 소송의 소송물 訴訟物인 실체법상의 채권이 채권압류 및 추심명령의 대상이 된다고 볼 수밖에 없다.
