Appeals suit means a suit instituted against a disposition, etc. or an omission by an administrative agency.
´ç»çÀÚ¼Ò¼Û Ó×ÞÀíºáÍáèÀº ÇàÁ¤Ã»ÀÇ Ã³ºÐ µîÀ» ¿øÀÎÀ¸·Î ÇÏ´Â ¹ý·ü°ü°è¿¡ °üÇÑ ¼Ò¼Û ±× ¹Û¿¡ °ø¹ý»óÀÇ ¹ý·ü°ü°è¿¡ °üÇÑ ¼Ò¼ÛÀ¸·Î¼ ±× ¹ý·ü°ü°èÀÇ ÇÑÂÊ ´ç»çÀÚ¸¦ ÇÇ°í ù¬Í±·Î ÇÏ´Â ¼Ò¼ÛÀÌ´Ù.
Party suit means a suit concerning legal relations, cause of which is a disposition, etc. issued by an administrative agency, and a suit over legal relations under public law, in which one of the parties to the legal relationship is a defendant.
¹ÎÁß¼Ò¼Û ÚÅñëáÍáèÀº ±¹°¡ ¶Ç´Â °ø°ø´ÜüÀÇ ±â°üÀÌ ¹ý·ü¿¡ À§¹ÝµÇ´Â ÇàÀ§¸¦ ÇÑ ¶§¿¡ Á÷Á¢ ÀÚ±âÀÇ ¹ý·ü»ó ÀÌÀÍ°ú °ü°è¾øÀÌ ±× ½ÃÁ¤À» ±¸Çϱâ À§ÇÏ¿© Á¦±âÇÏ´Â ¼Ò¼ÛÀÌ´Ù.
Public suit means a suit instituted by a person without any direct interest in order to seek the correction of violations by the State or organs of public entities.
±â°ü¼Ò¼Û ѦμáÍáèÀº ±¹°¡ ¶Ç´Â °ø°ø´ÜüÀÇ ±â°ü »óÈ£°£¿¡ ÀÖ¾î¼ÀÇ ±ÇÇÑÀÇ Á¸ºÎ ¶Ç´Â ±× Çà»ç¿¡ °üÇÑ ´ÙÅùÀÌ ÀÖÀ» ¶§¿¡ ÀÌ¿¡ ´ëÇÏ¿© Á¦±âÇÏ´Â ¼Ò¼ÛÀÌ´Ù.
Agency suit means a suit instituted when disputes arise over the existence or exercise of power between agencies of the State or organs of public entities.
