인체는 정 精 기 氣 신 神 혈 ⾎ 수 ⽔로 구성되어 있다.

그러므로 인체를 본질적인 것으로 나누면 음 陰과 양 陽, 형 形과 기 氣가 되는 것이다.

그리고 현상적인 것으로 나누면 정혈수 精⾎⽔, 기신 氣神이 되는 것이다.

And if divided into phenomenal ones, it becomes 精⾎⽔, 氣神.

수 ⽔란 인체를 구성하는 물이다.

⽔ is the water that makes up the human body.

혈 ⾎이란 음식에서 생성되는 영양소이다.

⾎ is a nutrient produced in food.

정 精이란 수 水와 혈 血을 제외한 형태를 이루는 기본물질이다.

精 is a basic substance that forms the form excluding 水 and 血.

기 氣란 기화하는 에너지이다.

氣 is the energy that vaporizes.

신 神이란 생명현상 그 자체를 의미하는 것이다.

神 means the phenomenon of life itself.

하지만 이 모든 현상의 본질은 기 氣의 변화에 불과하다.

However, the essence of all these phenomena is nothing but a change of 氣.

만물의 모든 형 形은 기 氣로서부터 비롯되었기 때문이다.

This is because all 形 of all things originate from 氣.

귀납하면 기 氣로 돌아가고 연역하면 색 ⾊으로 흩어진다.

When induction, it returns to 氣, and when it is deductive, it scatters in 色.
