The Social Security Benefits Act is based on the Basic Social Security Act.

In this Act, the term "social security benefits" refers to cash, goods, services and the
right to use them provided by a guarantee institution.
ÀÌ ¹ý¿¡¼ "»çȸº¸Àå±Þ¿©"¶õ º¸Àå±â°üÀÌ Á¦°øÇÏ´Â Çö±Ý, Çö¹°, ¼ºñ½º ¹× ±× ÀÌ¿ë±ÇÀ» ¸»ÇÑ´Ù.
"Recipient" means a person who has the right to receive social security benefits.
"¼ö±Þ±ÇÀÚ"¶õ »çȸº¸Àå±Þ¿©¸¦ Á¦°ø¹ÞÀ» ±Ç¸®¸¦ °¡Áø »ç¶÷À» ¸»ÇÑ´Ù.
On the other hand, "recipient" refers to a person who is receiving social security
benefits.
¹Ý¸é¿¡ "¼ö±ÞÀÚ"¶õ »çȸº¸Àå±Þ¿©¸¦ ¹Þ°í ÀÖ´Â »ç¶÷À» ¸»ÇÑ´Ù.
And "subject to support" means a person who needs social security benefits.
±×¸®°í "Áö¿ø´ë»óÀÚ"¶õ »çȸº¸Àå±Þ¿©¸¦ ÇÊ¿ä·Î ÇÏ´Â »ç¶÷À» ¸»ÇÑ´Ù.
Along with this, the term "guaranteed institution" refers to national institutions and
local governments that provide social security benefits in accordance with related
laws and regulations.

This Act stipulates that an integrated case manager may be established in a special
autonomous city or Si, Gun, Gu if necessary to implement integrated case management.
