In the divorce lawsuit, a Supreme Court ruling was issued saying that the property
division could not be executed temporarily before the judgment was finalized.

The Supreme Court announced that the case was returned to the District Court
after breaking the court case that ruled that the property division was
temporarily executed in the divorce case between A (female) and her husband B.

The judge said, "If the judgment is not finalized in the case of ordering the payment
of money through property division, it should be considered that the period of
fulfillment of the payment obligation has not arrived and no monetary claim has occurred."
