In the Oriental medicine, there is a phrase called Û¡æðùÒõóíº ó®êÓç½å°êÛË.

It means that you have a fever and sweat because your Yeongç½ is weak and your YueêÛ
is strong.

YueêÛ means to keep.
Therefore, management must be done well, but when management is difficult, you
get fever and sweat.
