그러므로 경영이 잘 이루어져야 하는데 경영이 어려울 때 열이 나고 땀이 나는 것이다.

At this time, it is the strong Yue衛 power that produces heat and sweat.

이때 열과 땀을 내는 것은 강한 위衛의 힘이다.

In other words, since the Yue衛 exerts power to protect management, it can be viewed

as a process by which the Yeong營 handles grievances.

즉 경영을 지키기 위해 위가 힘을 발휘하므로 영이 고충을 처리하는 과정으로 볼 수 있다.
