채권압류는 채권자의 신청에 따라 채무자나 제삼자가 가진 채권에 대하여 법원 또는

집행관이 강제 집행을 하는 일이다.

Seizure of claims is a case in which a court or an execution officer enforces a claim held

by a debtor or a third party at the request of the creditor.

압류된 채권은 추심 명령, 전부 명령과 같은 환가 명령에 따라 환가되어 채권자에게 지급된다.

Seized credits are exchanged and paid to the creditor in accordance with an

exchange order such as a collection order or transfer orders.

최근 금빛 GV가 채권압류 및 추심명령 관련 강제집행정지 결정을 받았다.

Recently, Gumbit GV received a decision to suspend the forced execution in relation to

the seizure of credits and collection orders.

법원은 GV가 채권 압류를 신청한 이씨를 위해 담보로 70억원을 공탁할 것을 조건으로

강제집행을 정지하도록 결정했다.

The court decided to suspend enforcement of execution on condition that GV deposit

7 billion won as collateral for Mr. Lee, who applied for the seizure of credits.

GV 관계자는 "이번 채권 압류건은 신탁회사에 대해 채권을 채권자 이씨가 추심을

신청한다는 명령이다"고 밝혔다.

A GV official said, "This foreclosure of credits is an order that the creditor Lee applies

for collection of the credits from the trust company.“

압류명령이 제3채무자에게 송달이 되면 채무자에게는 송달이 되지 않았다 하더라도

효력이 발생한다.

When the seizure order is served on the third debtor, it takes effect even if it has not

been served on the debtor.

아울러 압류명령을 받은 제3채무자는 채무자에 대한 지급이 금지된다.

In addition, the third debtor who has received a seizure order is prohibited from

paying the debtor.
