The 73rd session of the Yonsei-Korea Foundation Korean Studies Forum will be held on Tuesday, October 2 at 6:00 p.m. in the New Millennium Hall, Room 702, of the Graduate School of International Studies at Yonsei University.

According to Korea Foundation, In this first forum of the fall semester, the topic will be, “Korea Under Siege, 1876-1945: Capital Formation and Economic Transformation.” presented by Young-Iob Chung, Professor at the Department of Economics, Eastern Michigan University in the United States, and the forum will be presented in English.

Meanwhile, the Yonsei-Korea Foundation Korean Studies Forum was made in 2001 to improve channels of communication between current and upcoming scholars in the field of Korean studies, with cooperation of Yonsei University & the Fulbright Korean-American Educational Commission.

제73차 연세-KF 한국학포럼이 2007년 10월 2일(화) 저녁 6시에 연세대 국제학대학원 새천년관 702호실에서 개최된다.

이번 가을학기 첫번째 포럼에서는 “Korea Under Siege, 1876-1945: Capital Formation and Economic Transformation”라는 주제로 미국 동미시간대 경제학과 Young-Iob Chung 교수께서 발표를 한다는 것.

한국국제교류재단에 따르면, 연세-KF 한국학포럼은 한국학 학자와 학생간의 상호 교류와 네트워크 구축을 위해 2001년 가을부터 재단, 연세대 국제학대학원, 한미교육위원단의 공동 협력 하에 운영되고 있다.
