Article 129 of criminal law stipulates acceptance of bribe and advance acceptance.
ÀÌ Á¶Ç×Àº “°ø¹«¿ø ¶Ç´Â ÁßÀçÀÎÀÌ ±× Á÷¹«¿¡ °üÇÏ¿© ³ú¹°À» ¼ö¼ö, ¿ä±¸ ¶Ç´Â ¾à¼ÓÇÑ ¶§¿¡´Â 5³â ÀÌÇÏÀÇ Â¡¿ª ¶Ç´Â 10³â ÀÌÇÏÀÇ ÀÚ°ÝÁ¤Áö¿¡ óÇÑ´Ù.”°í ±ÔÁ¤ÇÏ°í ÀÖ´Ù.
This article stipulates “A public official or an arbitrator who receives, demands or promises to accept a bribe in connection with his/her duties, shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than five years or suspension of qualifications for not more than ten years.”
