지역사회 보장계획은 과거 사회복지사업법에 의거 보건의료·사회복지위주로 수립되었다.

employment, housing, education, culture, and environment 

under the Social Security Benefit Act.

현재는 사회보장급여법에 의거 고용, 주거, 교육, 문화, 환경 등 사회보장의 범주를 포함한다.

During the establishment process, it is through collaboration 

of various channels such as resident participation and public-private cooperation.

수립과정 중 주민참여, 민·관 협력 등 다양한 채널의 협업을 통한다.

By doing so, the welfare dead zone is resolved and the 

quality of resident services is improved.

그럼으로써 복지사각지대를 해소하고 주민서비스의 질을 높인다.

Therefore, it was expanded to a social security plan for 

systematic support and management by supplementing the previous system.

따라서 과거의 시스템을 보완하여 체계적 지원과 관리를 위해 사회보장계획으로 확대 시행됐다.

Establishment of a community security plan consists 

of an annual implementation plan implemented annually and a mid- to long-term plan established every four years.

지역사회 보장계획 수립은 해마다 시행하는 연차별 시행계획과, 4년 단위로 수립하는 중장기 계획이 있다.

지역사회를 보장하기 위한 계획을 수립하기 위해 여러 조사가 행해질 수 있다.

First, the analysis of the contents of the data related 

to the policy commitment of the head of the local 

government will be an important investigation.

먼저 자치단체장의 정책공약과 관련한 자료의 내용분석이 중요한 조사가 될 것이다.

In addition, a survey can be conducted directly to determine the needs of local residents.

또한 직접적으로 지역주민의 욕구파악을 위한 서베이가 행해질 수 있다.

Next, a focus group interview can be conducted for welfare experts.

다음으로 복지 전문가를 대상으로 한 초점집단면접을 실시할 수 있다.

In addition, an in-depth interview with a person in charge of the ward office may be considered for collecting qualitative data.

아울러 질적 자료 수집을 위한 구청 업무담당자와의 심층면접을 고려할 수 있다.
