Article 21-3 of the Rules on Family Relationship Registration, etc. stipulates

 the issuance of English certificates.

가족관계의 등록 등에 관한 규칙 제21조의3은 영문증명서의 발급에 관해 규정하고 있다.

This is to enable the issuance of the matters entrusted in accordance with the

 Act on the Registration of Family Relationships, etc. of higher-level law, if necessary, for each registered matter.

이는 상위법인 가족관계의 등록 등에 관한 법률에 따라 위임된 사항에 대해 필요한 경우에는 등록사항별로 발급할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

The records of the English certificate are limited.

영문증명서의 기록사항은 한정돼 있다.

First, the name, gender, date of birth, and resident registration number of the 

person, parents and spouse.

먼저 본인, 부모 및 배우자의 성명ㆍ성별ㆍ출생연월일 및 주민등록번호이다.

And it is about the person's birth and current marriage.

그리고 본인의 출생과 현재의 혼인에 관한 사항이다.

These English certificates should be written in Roman characters and Arabic numerals.

이러한 영문증명서는 로마자와 아라비아 숫자로 작성한다.
