그러나 제한능력으로 인한 의사표시의 취소는 선의의 제3자에게 대항할 수 있다.

또한 당사자의 궁박, 경솔, 무경험으로 인하여 현저하게 공정을 잃은 법률행위의 무효는 선의의 제3자에게 대항할 수 있다.

In addition, invalidation of a legal act that has significantly lost its fairness due to 

a party's hardship, carelessness, or inexperience can be countered to a bona fide 

third party.

특히 무권대리행위의 추인에 따른 계약의 소급효는 배타적 권리를 취득한 제3자에게는 미치지 아니한다.
