기초연금법은 노인에게 기초연금을 지급하여 안정적인 소득기반을 제공하기 위한 법이다.

아울러 "기초연금 수급자"란 기초연금을 지급받고 있는 사람을 말한다.

In addition, the term "basic pension recipient" refers to a person who is receiving

basic pension.

특히 "소득인정액"이란 본인 및 배우자의 소득평가액과 재산의 소득환산액을 합산한

금액을 말한다.

In particular, the term "recognized income" refers to the sum of the income

assessment amount of the person and spouse and the income conversion amount

of property.

이 경우 소득평가액과 재산의 소득환산액을 산정하는 소득 및 재산의 범위는 대통령령으로

정한다.

In this case, the scope of income and property for calculating the income

evaluation amount and the income conversion amount of the property shall be

prescribed by Presidential Decree.

또한 소득평가액과 재산의 소득환산액의 구체적인 산정방법은 보건복지부령으로 정한다.

In addition, the specific method of calculating the income evaluation amount and

the income conversion amount of property shall be prescribed by Ordinance of

the Ministry of Health and Welfare.

기초연금 수급권자의 범위를 살피면 기초연금은 65세 이상인 사람으로서 소득인정액이

보건복지부장관이 정하여 고시하는 금액 이하인 사람에게 지급한다.

If the scope of the beneficiaries of the basic pension is examined, the basic pension is

paid to persons aged 65 or older whose income recognized is less than the

amount determined and notified by the Minister of Health and Welfare.
