위력이라고 볼 수 없다"고 주장했다.

앞서 1심은 진씨에게 무죄를 선고했다.

On the other hand, the second trial replied.

반면 2심은 1심을 파기했다.

He was sentenced to two years probation at six months.

그는 징역 6개월에 집행유예 2년을 선고받았다.

The Supreme Court also confirmed the judgment in support of the second trial.

대법원도 2심 판단을 지지해 판결을 확정했다.
